HISTORY

Boulder Homes is a custom home builder / general contractor located in Tulsa, OK.  Formerly know as LandMark Resources, we started building custom homes in 2003 in many of the top communities in South Tulsa.  In 2009, we built the first Single Family Home in Tulsa to receive the LEED Gold Certification for Residential Construction.  Success in residential led to commercial projects including multiple dentist offices, Jiffy Lubes, and car washes.    

Seeking to find a balance between life and work, we made the move to Boulder, Colorado in 2015 to learn and broaden our experiences.  The mountains, weather, and lifestyle in Colorado was amazing, but we recently felt a calling to come back home.   Our goal is to bring pieces of the Colorado lifestyle into every home we build.
