HISTORY

Boulder Homes is a custom home builder and general contractor based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Formerly known as LandMark Resources, we began building custom homes in 2003 throughout many of South Tulsa’s premier communities.

In 2009, we built the first single-family home in Tulsa to receive LEED Gold Certification for residential construction, demonstrating an early commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable building practices. Our success in residential construction naturally expanded into commercial projects, including multiple dental offices, Jiffy Lube locations, and car wash developments.

Today, Boulder Homes delivers a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects.  With extensive experience in green building practices and efficient construction methods, our team works closely with each client to customize every project to fit their needs, goals, and vision.
